Main character in the movie : the girl that falls in love with a chello

Fabulae was shot in 7 days along the Dutch coast. We decided to make the picture on a more quite beach without fences or tourists. We found our location west of Callants oog. The weather was great for the whole week and during the final shooting it started raining. We were so lucky!

Day 6 was a great day. I actually met my childhood idol: Maroesja Lacunes . She played for Dutch Television during the 70's. When I was young I watched her program about a wizard and his daughter called " Tita Tovenaar "or " Tita the wizard ". She realy did a great job it was a great pleasure working together with Maroesja.

Offcourse it's great to have realy good equipment but on a beach you might take more risks because of sand and water. therefore an underwater camera was used for shooting the final combined with computer animation effects.
